Strata Management

Our goal, as the strata agent for your property, is to ensure that the Strata Corporation has a sound financial base, while maintaining the common property elements to the highest standards possible within the constraints established by the annual operating budget, through careful long-term financial planning of the Strata Corporation's reserve requirements. In addition, we believe that it is our responsibility to minimize the personal time commitment of each Council member without reducing Council awareness of the ongoing administration of the development. Request for Strata Documents

The following PDF document is for Realtors looking to order strata documents (form b, minutes, bylaws, and or financial statements) from our office. Notaries or law firms may send a request on your own letter head (do not use this form). Please fill out the form and fax it to our office at 604-273-9021. The regular processing time for forms is seven (7) days and any requests received after 3:00pm will be considered received the following day. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. Rush fees apply to documents required before the regular service.
